ACCORD offers remedial counselling to people experiencing difficulties in their married life. Male and female counsellors are available. Please telephone for appointment during office hours. Other specialised services which ACCORD provides: counselling for couples with sexual difficulties; counselling with regard to fertility awareness; personal enrichment courses for women. These are run over 10 weeks, one morning per week, 10.00a.m. until noon.

Counselling Support for Schools (CSS) is a service which provides support for young people with the education system in Kilkenny and in the Diocese of Ossory. It provides a confidential service to young people under the age of 18 years. The service provides a safe environment in which students can explore concerns relating to development issues or specific problems associated with being a young person in todays busy world.

Ossory Youth is the co-ordinating body for youth work in the Diocese of Ossory. Through the provision of a wide variety of programmes, activites and events, it seeks to complement the roles of the family, community, school, church and work place in the over-all educational development of the young person. Ossory Youth is a voluntary organisation which employs professionally trained youth workers to assist it in carrying out its objectives.
Ossory Social Services, founded in 1963, endeavours to meet the emerging needs of today. It continues to educate people to help themselves, to provide community care and support services to those in need and to give assistance to other agencies whenever possible. It provides on-site facilities to:
Outreach Ministry to asylum seekers and refugees in the Diocese of Ossory and in the County of Kilkenny. The Outreach Programme provides training, formation and information on various aspects on being an immigrant in Ireland.
